Líquen, winner of Festival Termómetro, is born from the imagination and expressive power of Constança Ochoa, a singer from Coimbra who blends voice, poetry, and vocal polyphony. With a fluid musical identity, the project moves between pop, electronic, jazz, and traditional Portuguese music.

Constança embraces solo songwriting, while diving into a collaborative production process alongside three musicians and producers: Rui Jorge Lopes, Leonardo Patrício, and Luís Pedro Keating.

In November 2024, her debut EP “I” (read as “one”) was released. Four tracks dive into intimate and universal contrasts, exploring internal struggles and the human tragedy—from the heaviest to the most mundane, from death to affection, from vices to remedies, from peace to chaos.

Líquen presents this record as the starting point of a narrative that, through song, will continue its journey on the Heineken Stage at NOS Alive’25, on July 12.
