ABOUT SPECIAL ACCESS

Special Access is a support service organized by the festival and provided to Future Moms and Persons with Reduced Mobility and their respective attendants (one adult attendant for each registration), upon prior registration in the online platform.

Special Access consists of providing a more convenient entrance for Future Moms and People with Reduced Mobility through the FNAC gate.

Upon prior registration, Future Moms will be able to watch the concerts at Joaquim Chaves Saúde – NOS Stage, and People with Reduced Mobility will be able to watch the concerts at reduced mobility platforms close to NOS, Heineken and WTF Clubbing stages.

Important Notes:

  1. The Future Mom and Person with Reduced Mobility, and their respective attendant, must have a valid ticket for the festival;
  2. A medical certificate attesting the physical/health status of the Future Mom or Person with Reduced Mobility is required, which must be uploaded upon registration in Special Access (online platform);
  3. The registration and respective requests for seat allocation will be duly analysed by the NOS Alive Special Access Team;
  4. The Future Mom and Person with Reduced Mobility can enjoy Special Access and be accompanied by one adult. Upon registration, entrance and seat for the respective attendant is automatically considered (meaning the attendant does not need to register in Special Access);
  5. Everything Is New reserves the right to manage Special Access at NOS Alive according to the conditions available at the festival site and the registrations received, their priority, their acceptance, etc.
