Singer-songwriter Noah Kahan makes his debut in Portugal at NOS Alive ’25. The creator of the hit “Stick Season” will perform on the NOS Stage on the first day of the festival, July 10.

Hailing from Vermont, GRAMMY®-nominated Noah Kahan has risen from his New England roots to the global stage. At the core of his music are vulnerable lyrics and a raw yet relatable honesty, as the critically acclaimed artist writes songs straight from the heart and infuses them with his signature self-deprecating humor.

Over his career, Kahan has gained worldwide fame for his unique blend of Folk, Americana, and Rock, amassing over seven billion streams and earning 4x Platinum certification for his hit single “Stick Season.” His widely beloved album Stick Season, certified Double Platinum, and its standout single were inspired by his hometown of Strafford, Vermont, as well as his early musical inspirations and songwriting idols – from Paul Simon to Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens). The album vividly portrays what he loves, fears, and fights for most passionately.

Following the album’s massive global success, Kahan launched the “Stick Season Tour,” which sold out entirely and released two expanded editions of the album – Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever) and Stick Season (Forever). These surpassed the original in sales and featured new singles like “Dial Drunk” and “Forever,” as well as collaborations with renowned artists such as Post Malone, Kacey Musgraves, Brandi Carlile, Hozier, Gregory Alan Isakov, Gracie Abrams, Sam Fender, and Lizzy McAlpine.
