The Backseat Lovers will make their debut at NOS Alive on its 17th edition, performing for the first time on the Heineken Stage on July 11, the second day of the festival.

The Backseat Lovers are an indie rock band from Salt Lake City, Utah, consisting of Joshua Harmon, Jonas Swanson, KJ Ward, and Juice Welch. Since their formation in 2018, they have accumulated over 800 million global streams and sold more than 200,000 tickets. Their 2023 world tour brought them to the largest stages of their career to date, with shows across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.

In 2025, the band will perform at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés, showcasing songs from their two studio albums in an energetic live show. Fan favorites from their second album, Waiting to Spill—the follow-up to their acclaimed 2019 debut album When We Were Friends, which includes the hit “Kilby Girl”—will be part of the lineup on July 11 at NOS Alive ’25.
