Tom Misch is the first act confirmed for the Heineken Stage on July 8—the opening day of NOS Alive’27—joining a lineup that already includes The Strokes, Jungle, The Neighbourhood, and Beirut.

The British singer released his latest album, *Full Circle*, in March 2026. Throughout *Full Circle*, Misch stepped back from a focus on music production to concentrate on classic songwriting. This shift—moving from studio technique toward the craft of composing songs—became the defining premise of the album.

In creating the record, Misch drew inspiration from artists like Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, John Martyn, and James Taylor, utilizing recording techniques and equipment reminiscent of the 1970s. The result balances a classic sonic fidelity with an intimate, understated atmosphere. Throughout the process, there was a strong commitment to capturing live performances, minimizing editing and the splicing of multiple takes to preserve the raw spontaneity of the music.

For Tom Misch, this work serves as both a reflection on his journey and a testament to his ongoing evolution; it pays homage to the past while pointing toward new directions in a creative story that is constantly unfolding.

Since emerging in 2012 via his early releases on SoundCloud, Tom Misch has helped define a generation of producers and artists who create music from their own bedrooms. With two *Beat Tapes* and his acclaimed debut album, *Geography*, he established himself as a unique voice in British music, playing to sold-out venues across the globe. More recently, his alter ego, Supershy, has offered him a new avenue for artistic exploration, extending his curiosity into the realm of club-oriented music.

He is now confirmed for NOS Alive’27, where he will perform on the Heineken Stage on July 8. Confirmed artists: Beirut, Faith No More, James Blake, Jungle, Myles Smith, Sofia Isella, Sombr, Tame Impala, The Neighborhood, The Strokes, The xx and Tom Misch.
