Americans The Backseat Lovers will debut at NOS Alive’25 on the Heineken Stage on July 11, the second day of the festival.
The Backseat Lovers are an indie rock band from Salt Lake City, Utah, made up of Joshua Harmon, Jonas Swanson, KJ Ward and Juice Welch. Since forming in 2018, they have amassed over 800 million global streams and sold over 200,000 tickets. Their 2023 world tour took them to the biggest stages of their career to date, passing through several cities in North America, the UK, Europe and Australia. In 2025, the band performs at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés with songs from their two studio albums in a totally energetic live show. Fan favorites from their second album, Waiting to Spill, which is the follow-up to their acclaimed debut album from 2019, When We Were Friends, including the hit “Kilby Girl”, will be present on July 11 at NOS Alive’25.
