The Franco-Chilean duo Nova Materia has just confirmed its presence on July13th of July on the NOS Clubbing Stage. The project of French Caroline Chaspoul and Chilean Eduardo Henriquez brings to Passeio Marítimo de Algés, “It Comes”, the first studio album.
The first long-term was released in 2018 by Belgian publisher Crammed Discs, home of artists such as Konono No.1, Yasmine Hamdan, Cibelle and Matias Aguayo, and explores the union between electronics, world music and punk.
The hypnotic and powerful music of the new Materia duo incorporates strange sounds generated by raw materials and minerals (metal, stones, etc.) to create tracks that are, in turn, hyper rhythmic and dreamers, positioned between post-punk rock and dance music Electronic.
