NOS Alive once again welcomes the Agency for Administrative Modernisation (AMA) to the Passeio Marítimo de Algés on July 10, 11 and 12.
With the goal of bringing digital public services closer to festival-goers, AMA presents the gov.pt stand, where it will be possible to handle official documents and access public services in a simple, fast and efficient way — all without leaving the venue.

Among the services available are: change of address, renewal of the Citizen Card, activation of the Digital Mobile Key, addition of documents to the gov.pt app, renewal of the driving licence, consultation of traffic offence history, requests for the Nutritionist and Psychologist Vouchers, application for the European Health Insurance Card, and subscription to publications through the digital subscription program for young people (Portugal MediaLab).

Also featured will be the gov.pt digital wallet, a solution that allows you to store, view, and share identification documents on your phone, with the same legal validity as physical documents. On site, visitors will have access to expert support to install and use the app, ensuring a secure, simple, and accessible digital experience.

At Primavera Sound, the initiative saw great public participation, with over 500 services carried out during the first three days of the festival. The main highlight was the activation of the Digital Mobile Key (CMD), which significantly contributed to the increase in subscriptions to this solution, as well as to the gov.pt app, reflecting the growing interest in digital services among the festival audience.

By participating in major cultural events like NOS Alive, AMA reinforces its commitment to proximity, digital literacy, and inclusion — bringing public services closer to citizens, wherever they may be.
