George FitzGerald, one of the most emerging names in electronic music, has been confirmed on NOS Alive’19, July 13th, with his first live performance in Portugal. The British musician, producer and DJ presents on NOS Clubbing Stage, in a live act, his second studio album “All That Must Be”, joining the same day and stage to the Canadian duo Bob Moses.

After years as a DJ and surrounded by the hedonism of the German capital, Fitzgerald leaves Berlin and returns to London. In this transition process, George FitzGerald is back with a new album, “All That Must Be”, a collection of songs that firmly establishes it as a prominent figure in the world of electronic music.

In this second work, the musician changes his creative process by concentrating more on the piano, as opposed to the sounds of the electronic drums present on the debut album “Fading Love”. Songs such as “Burns”, “Siren Calls” and “Passing Trains” are considered moments of ecstasy of this work, in which he presents collaborations with names such as Lil Silva, Bonobo and Tracey Thorn.

George FitzGerald joins NOS Alive’19 line-up on July 13, alongside the already announced The Smashing Pumpkins, Bon Iver, The Chemical Brothers, Thom Yorke, Idles, The Gift, Vetusta Morla, Bob Moses, Gavin James and Rolling Blackout Coastal Fever.
