Kings of Leon are returning to Portugal after 11 years to perform at the 17th edition of NOS Alive. The band of brothers (and cousin) Followill will take to the NOS Stage on July 12 at Passeio Marítimo de Algés.

Last summer, they extended their absolute attendance record with a 5th night in London’s gigantic Hyde Park. Their last six albums have debuted directly at #1 in the UK album charts.

Since their debut in 2003, Kings of Leon – Caleb (guitar/vocals), Nathan (drums), Jared (bass) and Matthew Followill (guitar) – have released nine albums: Youth & Young Manhood (2003), Aha Shake Heartbreak (2004), Because of the Times (2007), Only by the Night (2008), Come Around Sundown (2010), Mechanical Bull (2013), WALLS (2016), When You See Yourself (2021) e Can We Please Have Fun (2024). Throughout their career, they have sold more than 20 million albums and almost 40 million singles worldwide. They have also received eight GRAMMY nominations, won three GRAMMYs, three NME awards, two Brit Awards and a Juno Award. Kings of Leon’s big return to the Passeio Marítimo de Algés is scheduled for July 12, on the NOS Stage at NOS Alive’25.
