Parov Stelar is the latest confirmation for NOS Alive’25, to perform on July 10 at the Heineken Stage. The electronic music phenomenon promises an epic concert on the Passeio Marítimo de Algés.
Marcus Fuereder, aka Parov Stelar, is one of Austria’s most globally recognized artists, thanks to his unique fusion of music and art. A pioneer in the “Electro Swing” genre, he has performed over 1000 live shows, including concerts at festivals such as NOS Alive, Coachella and Glastonbury, and iconic venues such as London’s Alexandra Palace.
Since the release of the Kisskiss EP and the album Rough Cuts in 2004, Parov Stelar has been making a name for himself with his innovative sound and blend of genres. With 10 studio albums, 20 EPs and several collaborations with artists such as Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey and Marvin Gaye, he has amassed numerous awards such as 10 Amadeus Austrian Music Awards and overwhelming global success with hits such as “All Night” (Double Platinum in Italy).
As well as being a musician, Parov Stelar is also a painter, integrating art and music in parallel creative processes. With a degree in art and design, he uses traditional and digital painting techniques, which he sees as a tactile counterpoint to the music. His impact transcends electronic music, establishing himself as a multifaceted and innovative artist who takes to the Heineken Stage on the first day of NOS Alive’25.
