The Scottish Primal Scream confirm presence at NOS Alive’19. The band led by Bobby Gillespie, the inescapable figure of alternative music, get on NOS Stage at July 12th

With more than 30 years of career, Primal Scream brings at Passeio Marítimo de Algés, the new album “Maximum Rock N Roll: The Singles”, a work that brings together the band’s singles from 1986 to 2016 in two volumes. The compilation begins with “Velocity Girl”, going through themes of the first two albums as example “Ivy Ivy Ivy” and “Loaded”.

The band that had presented in October 2018 the latest compilation of original singles from the fourth album of 1994 with “Give Out But Don’t Give Up: The Original Memphis Recordings”, joining the legendary producer Tom Dowd, the David Hood (bass) and Roger Hawkins ( Battery) at Ardent Studios in Memphis, is back in the recordings and reveals something never before Heard and a band that continues to amaze.

Primal Scream was a key part of the indie pop scene of the 80 years, after the award-winning “Screamadelica” album winner of the Mercury Prize in 1991, considered one of the greatest of all time, the band followed by influences from garage rock and dance music to the last Record work “Chaosmosis” released on 2016.
